President Qingyu Wu Attended The 18th Annual Meeting of Asian Society for Cardiovascular&Thoracic Surgery (ASCVTS) and 56th Annual Meeting of Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons.
Feburary 26 to March 1 of 2010, the President Qingyu Wu and Vice Director Lianyi Wang of Heart Center attended The Asian Society for Cardiovascular&Thoracic Surgery (18th) and Indian Association of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons (56th) Annual Meeting. The two representatives are the only two scholars invited in China. Professor Wu gave a lecture on three papers “Surgical Treatment of Coronary Artery Myocardial Bridging”, “Surgical Treatment of Endocardial Cushion Defects with Other Cardiac Malformations”, and “The Application of Native Valve in Anatomy Treatment of Ebstein’s Deformity” which achieved a high degree of recognition and good reputation. Professor Thomas L. Spray, Director of Department of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has deep impression on the surgery video Professor Wu showed and the outcomes of his treatment. The surgery was very difficult and complicated. Professor Spray learnt a lot from Professor Wu’s presentation.
